Supplier Assessment Criteria

Contractor Taxation uses a detailed Supplier Assessment program to review each potential partner and qualify the services that they offer. We have built up significant IP with our decades of experience in global mobility solutions and have used this as the foundation for benchmarking vendor services and performance.

This includes a detailed interview covering:

  • best practice
  • financial control
  • data protection
  • compliance (legal / employment / taxation)
  • insurance coverage
  • payment processing
  • customer service
  • range of services offered
  • reporting
  • pricing

In addition, we talk to recent customers and clients for each new partner, perform a mystery shop and set up metrics with our customers and suppliers.

Once we have approved a partner we continue to track their performance and service throughout the life of the partnership. We are lucky to have responsive customers who provide us with great feedback on any areas that need attention.

We pay close attention to this and report back to our partners to help them offer the highest level of service. If a partner’s service is not up to the required standard then we terminate the partnership agreement.
