We can offer quotes on cost, time frames, and requirements for both you and the contractor (some of this information is already on our website).

We have an extensive background in global mobility solutions, meaning we know that, as a recruiter, you’re pressed for time. Fortunately, we have the largest network of vetted, reliable solutions and partners.  We can put you in touch with the best solution provider based on your candidate and your needs.

We don’t charge for this. Because we get paid commission from the supplier, our services and advice are completely free for you.

What happens when you contact us?

We respond within a couple of hours. Often, we’ll then ask for more information. Some details will be specific to the services you need and the countries involved.

The information we need generally includes: 

  • Assignment length and start date.
  • The country and currency in which you’ll be making payments.
  • The contractor’s daily rate, nationality, professional qualifications, and current tax residency.
  • Whether they are travelling alone or with dependants.

We can give the most detailed response once we know your specific requirements. You can let us know them through email or phone – whichever is easier for you.

Once we know your circumstances, we can match you with the best solution according to your situation. If you want to proceed from there, we’ll then directly introduce you to the management company.

Finally, we’ll follow up with you periodically to ensure you’re getting the service you need.
